Complaints regulation

With effect from 1 January 2017, all care providers in the Netherlands must meet the requirements set in the context of the Quality, Complaints and Disputes Care Act (Wkkgz). I would like to explain what this means. 

Of course, I hope that you are satisfied with the care provided. If there is something you are not satisfied with, I invite you to discuss this with me first.

If we do not succeed in resolving your complaint, you can turn to Complaints Portal Care, to which my practice is affiliated.

You can file a complaint with the external complaints officer:

  • Via www.klachtenportaalzorg.nl you can fill out a complaint form
  • By e-mail: info@klachtenportaalzorg.nl
